Call from Deborah

Deborah agrees to bring her father in for 4pm the next afternoon. At 3.30 the next day, you receive a call from Deborah, who is very distressed and in tears on the phone.

'Doctor, I've just found him. He's on the floor. On the stairs. He must have tried to go out, and he's gone over the carpet and down the staircase. He's really confused, and he's hit his head. There's not much blood, but....what should I do, Doctor?'
