Try to get a history from Lewis

You decide to try to get a history from Lewis.

As you approach him you notice he is wearing a stained t-shirt and jeans. He smells of a mixture of vomit and alcohol and is fast asleep. You introduce yourself loudly but he continues to sleep. You try to shake him gently, but there is no response.

You decide to perform fingernail bed pressure to see if he responds to painful stimulus. When you do this, he quickly pulls his hand away from you, opens his eyes, swears at you and then leans over the bed and vomits onto the floor. After this, he goes back to sleep.
