  • A: Airway is clear.
  • B: Equal breath sounds bilaterally. Oxygen saturation is 100%. Respiratory rate is 18.
  • C: Blood pressure is 150/90. Heart rate is 95, regular rhythm. Abdomen is soft.
  • D: Glasgow Coma Scale is 15. No paresis or obvious lateralization in the extremities. She does not want to lift her right arm due to pain.
  • E: No visible bleeding. No pain over the spine. Pain on palpation over the right wrist.

POCUS: No free fluid in the abdomen. Bilateral pleural sliding. No pleural fluid.
