The ambulance reports that the patient got out of the car by herself and they then helped her onto the stretcher. She has been awake the entire time. ABCD has been stable continuously. She is on Escitalopram 10 mg and Candesartan 8 mg.

You begin your examination of the patient:

• A: Airway is clear.
• B: Equal breath sounds bilaterally. Oxygen saturation is 100%. Respiratory rate is 18.
• C: Blood pressure is 150/90. Heart rate is 95, regular rhythm. Abdomen is soft.
• D: Glasgow Coma Scale is 15. No paresis or obvious lateralization in the extremities. She does not want to lift her right arm due to pain.
• E: No visible bleeding. No pain over the spine. Pain on palpation over the right wrist.

POCUS: No free fluid in the abdomen. Bilateral pleural sliding. No pleural fluid.
