Meet so-and-so

Pt reports feeling “fine”, Ø c/c with general OA or symptoms. Caregiver (husband) reports recent ‘flare up’ in bilateral knee OA + difficulty w/ walking long distances, daughter states due to fatigue. Pt is enjoying walking poles (purchased 1-2 wks ago) and is enjoying walks with spouse; “steep hills” are more troublesome. ↓ cognitive comprehension + memory loss 2° early onset Alzheimers.
