Meet Ethel

She arrived 2 days ago at the rehab hospital where you are doing your first geriatric clinical block. She was seen by a site physiotherapist for her "bedside" evaluation and assessment in the department.  She is planning to pass the patient on to the Dawson student team, and you need to do a chart review before seeing her for the first time.
