GP presentation

Your next patient is Mr Richard Proctor, a retired teacher of 70 years. He has come to see you at the suggestion of his wife.

Mr Proctor tells you that his wife has noticed his right eyelid seems a bit droopy. He says that it is not bothering him at all - his glasses were checked 6 months ago and his eyesight is the same as when he retired 10 years ago.

He says that he feels otherwise well. He has a cough, but he says he is used to this, as he has been a smoker since he was 15 years old. Recently he has finally managed to give up smoking, as he didn't enjoy the taste anymore.
