Social Hx

The patient lives in a two=storey home with her husband that has Alzheimers. There are 5 stairs to enter her home and then another 12 stairs in her home. In order to complete her daily tasks she goes up & down her stairs about 3-4 times a day. In addition, she acts as a caregiver to her daughter in law who suffered a TBI 8 months ago. She spends a lot of her day driving and walking to and from Dr Appointments for bothe her husband and daughter in law.
