During the primary examination, you will find out:

A: clear airways, without signs of stridor

B: RR 16/min, SpO2 95%,  symetrics breathing on both sides, without phenomena

C: peripheral pulse palpable, frequency 33/min, blood pressure 150/55mmHg, colder acral areas of the body, capilar refill 2 s, auscultation without murmur

D: blunt injury visible on the head, isocoric pupils, photoreaction present on both sides, tongue crawling in the middle line, tongue without injury, standing indicates weakness, no signs of lateralization, patient is urinated, no stool, glycemia 11.8mmol / l, body temperature 36,3°C

E: blunt head injury, no further injuries, mild edema of the lower limbs to knee height
