'I've had a call from Mrs Larson again' she says 'she's still worried about the lump in her son's throat.'

You review the notes. Harry Larson was seen by the senior partner in the practise last week with unilateral lymphadenopathy. He had recently had a sore throat and a fever. The doctor diagnosed a bacterial throat infection and prescribed penicillin V orally.

'What do you want me to say to the lady, doctor?' the receptionist asks 'she's still on hold.'
