Tania is 23 years old and looking through the computer records you see that she has a past history of asthma but hasn't attended the clinic for a few years.

You ask Tania how you can help her today?

She says that she has been having very frequent diarrhoea for the last 3 days with stomach pains, nausea and vomiting.
