Misleading metadata

One of the challenges that we have found with curating good teaching videos is poor metadata. For example, the following lengthy video:

The title looks promising and it starts out promisingly enough with learning objectives and a nice clear exposition. But once you have slogged your way through the entire 17 minute video, you find that there is nothing at all on indirect laryngoscopy, despite the title on YouTube. 

Moreover, this is really about intubation and various ways of viewing the larynx for this purpose, for anesthetists. It is not at all about diagnostic laryngoscopy. Sigh. Perhaps I missed something...
